Qualifications

  • Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA: International Sports Sciences Association)
    • ISSA 'Functional Anatomy of the Core'.
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NESTA: National Endurance and Strength Training Association)
  • Gold's Gym Approved Personal Trainer.

Mike is passionate about working out. His twelve years of experience with all types of clients, and high level of knowledge are brought into your program.

He provides assessment; program design; personal training / conditioning (one-to-one or small group); and will help you to get fit and make the most of your time at the gym.
