Use it TO lose it.™

Before starting exercise or diet you should consult your doctor if you have any health problems.

If you are overweight and want to see quick weight loss, you might consider adopting a low carbohydrate or a Mediterranean diet, reduce calorie intake, be more active, and exercise.

To lose weight you have to reduce your daily energy intake and increase physical exercise. You can expect to lose about 6 kg in three months (at the recommended rate of 0.5 kg a week).

Even so, weight loss is difficult and people do not follow "diets" after a few months. Lifestyle changes are needed, including deciding what matters to you (i.e. weight loss) and committing yourself to achieve it. Support from family, friends, or a group with the same objective is very helpful.

If you are still thinking: "I can't lose weight" or even "I need to lose weight", you're not commited yet. Once you have accepted "I want to lose weight" your mind can help you overcome all the negative objections you may hold.

If you don't buy it, who's going to eat it?

It is much easier to NOT eat it than to lose it! That 80 kcal ice cream? It takes 10 minutes of hard, sweaty exercise to use up the calories.

The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends an energy deficit of 500 to 1000 kcal per day, and significant weight loss is achieved with a 700 kcal per day deficit through a combination of diet and exercise. We'll show you how this can be done.

Move a little more and eat a little less.
